  • 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 1 cup cream
  • 50 g cheese (Goronzola)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g penne

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Dissolve the Gorgonzola in cream and 1/2 cup of water. Add the defrosted spinach, season with salt and pepper. If necessary thicken with a little sauce thickener. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
