  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 500 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • vegetable broth
  • salt
  • spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the onion and fry briefly in the oil in a saucepan. Then add the spinach leaves and 100 g cream cheese, boil briefly and season with salt, vegetable stock, etc. to taste.
  3. Lightly grease a baking pan and add half of the gnocchi. Half of the spinach and half of the remaining cream cheese are now spread over the gnocchi. This is repeated one more time. Finally sprinkle the cheese over the gnocchi.
  4. Bake the casserole at 180 ° C until the cheese turns brown.
