Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 300 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • Tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml cream
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic, dry the dry. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Sear the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add the cream cheese and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the frozen spinach and milk to the pan and simmer over medium temperature until the spinach is completely thawed. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and, if necessary, ground chilli flakes.
  3. Put the uncooked gnocchi with the spinach sauce in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake everything in a preheated oven for approx. 15 - 20 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
