  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 200 g processed herb cheese
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • some Gouda, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging and then place in a baking dish.
  2. Thaw the spinach and butter vegetables in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Then add the cream, the herb cheese and the crème fraîche to the pan.
  4. Heat everything once, stirring constantly, and then add to the gnocchi in the baking dish.
  5. Fry the minced meat well, finely dice the onion and add to the pan. As soon as the onion is sweaty, crumble the feta cheese into the pan and heat it once, stirring constantly. Then also add everything to the gnocchi in the baking dish. Salt, pepper and the vegetable stock also added and mix everything well.
  6. Since the casserole is a little more liquid, you can add a little sauce thickener.
  7. Now sprinkle with Gouda cheese and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
