Ingredients

  • 2 bags gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Dice the onion and fry with it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them. Chop the bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and steam with them. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the sour cream and stir well. Season again to taste. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it. Spread the mozzarella in slices on the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until the cheese has run and is brown.
  3. If you like, you can also use a little more cheese. The vegetables can be varied.
