Ingredients

  • 150 g rice
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the rice in salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and ketchup.
  3. Mix the rice loosely with the cheese and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the minced meat on top. Coarsely grate the carrots and zucchini and sprinkle on top.
  4. Mix egg yolks with cream, salt, pepper and paprika and pour over. Cover up!
  5. Place in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes at 200 ° C.
  6. Lettuce goes well with it.
