- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 140 g canned tomato paste
- 5 tablespoon water
- Oil (sunflower oil)
- 4 banana (s)
- Curry powder
- Paprika powder

- Put the rice in boiling salted water, reduce the heat and let it soak for about 20-30 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Finely dice the onion and fry crumbly with the minced meat. Mix the tomato paste with 5 tablespoons of water, add to the pan and bring to the boil. Season everything with curry, paprika and salt.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Peel and slice the bananas. Layer rice, minced meat sauce and bananas alternately in a baking dish, top layer of bananas. Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
