Ingredients
- 2 sachets rice or cups loose rice
- Salt water
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 cup cream
- 1 small Bottle / s ketchup or
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened

- Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and dice the onion and fry it crumbly with the minced meat, season well with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Put half of the rice in a greased baking dish. Spread all of the minced meat over it. Pour the bottle of ketchup or the strained tomatoes over it (if you use strained tomatoes: season well beforehand with salt, pepper and herbs!).
- Now the rest of the rice follows. Pour the cream over the top and poke holes in the casserole with a knife so that the cream can flow through better. Finally, distribute flakes of butter over the casserole.
- Put it in the oven at 160 ° C - 170 ° C for 20 - 25 minutes. Green salad or carrot salad goes well with it.
