  • 300 g minced meat
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some water
  • Broth powder

  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat. Peel and dice the onion and clove of garlic. Add these and fry them.
  3. Dice the peppers. Peel and dice the carrots and add them with the peas and a little water. Steam everything almost cooked, then season well. Then stir in the sour cream and rice. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for approx. 20 - 25 minutes on the middle rack.
