Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi (potato nocchi) from the coolin shelf
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato (s), cut into pieces
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs at will

Instructions

  1. First fry the minced meat in a little oil in a large saucepan. When the minced meat is well done, add the zucchini cut into pieces over a low heat until it is a little soft (not too soft!). Then add the drained mushrooms and the pizza tomatoes. Season the whole thing with pepper, salt and herbs.
  2. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish and spread the minced meat and vegetable sauce evenly over it. Now sprinkle the cheese over it and put it in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 25-30 minutes.
