Tortellini Casserole with Minced Meat and Vegetables

Instructions

Chop the bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms and set aside. Fry the onions in a saucepan a little in the olive oil, add the tomato paste. Now add the minced meat and fry it.
Add the herbs (oregano and thyme). Put the tomatoes and the vegetables in the saucepan. Then add the broth, curry paste and pesto and finally the tortellini. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with gratin cheese (alternatively Gouda or mozzarella) and place in the oven at 180 ° C until the cheese has run and turned golden yellow.
