Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the rice in salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and ketchup.
  3. Mix the rice loosely with the cheese and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the minced meat on top. Coarsely grate the carrots and zucchini and sprinkle on top.
