Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and then peel them. Defrost the spinach. Fry the minced meat until crispy and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onions and fry them. Add sour cream and stir into a sauce with a little water.
  2. Remove from the heat and season with Worcestershire sauce, fondor and a little rosemary. The seasoning must be relatively strong, as the sauce soaks in the potatoes.
  3. Cut half of the peeled potatoes into slices in a baking dish and pour the creamed spinach on top. Pour the other half of the potatoes over the spinach and pour the minced meat and sour cream mixture over them. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Baked for about 20-30 minutes.
