Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 250 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler, Gouda or ratin cheese)
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • possibly garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the onion. Remove the peel from 2 cloves of garlic and add to the pan (press lightly). In a large pan with a lid, defrost (cook) the spinach over medium heat with onions and garlic.
  2. Add the gnocchi, they can soak up the excess water. Add the processed cheese and mix everything well. Please remove the garlic cloves beforehand, otherwise you will not find them again.
  3. When the gnocchi are soft enough, add the 150 g cheese so that everything combines well and melts. Season to taste with salt and a very finely mashed clove of garlic. If you want, you can still use garlic powder. Can be kept warm longer and is good for a buffet.
