Ingredients

  • 2 slices puff pastry (frozen)
  • 450 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Sauté the leaf spinach and diced onion (approx. 5 minutes). Dice the pine nuts, sheep cheese and ham and mix together.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place in a springform pan lined with baking paper, pulling up the edge a little. First spread the spinach / onion, then the pine nut / sheep cheese / ham mixture on top.
  3. Whisk 5 eggs with salt and pepper, pour over. Halve the cherry tomatoes and spread on top with the round side up. Bake at 200 ° C (fan oven 180 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
