  • 2 kg leaf spinach
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. Remove the stems. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Fry in the pan with olive oil. Add the spinach and season with garlic, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Let simmer for a minute or two.
  3. Finished.
