- 500 g spinach leaves, cleaned
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
- 2 shots Tabasco, possibly more
- 100 ml water
- 1 pinch (s) Fondor

- Briefly fry the garlic in a saucepan. Add the spices and add water to everything.
- Add the spinach and let everything simmer for about half an hour.
- Tastes very good with mashed potatoes.
