Ingredients

  • 2 pumpkin (s) (Festival -or Gorgonzola-)
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 200 g cooked ham or smoked salmon
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut open the pumpkins in the upper quarter, remove the seeds and threads. Then put the lid back on and cook in the oven for 45 minutes at around 170 ° C (convection).
  2. In the meantime, dice the Gorgonzola and the ham or smoked salmon. Fill the pumpkins with half of it and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes until the Gorgonzola has melted. Then serve immediately.
  3. The pumpkin is simply spooned out completely. Looks great and takes little work. Attention: When using smoked salmon you need a lot of salt and the whole pumpkin gets a very smoky aroma.
