- Cut the baguette stick into beautiful, oblong slices about the thickness of a thumb.

- Mix the mozzarella, onion and the 5 tablespoon salad dressing together in a small bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Spread the baguette slices with the spread, spread the tomato pieces on top, briefly add a little salt and sprinkle with the cheese.
