Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette stick into beautiful, oblong slices about the thickness of a thumb.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into really small cubes (put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour, then it`s easier), peel the onion and also cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix the mozzarella, onion and the 5 tablespoon salad dressing together in a small bowl.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Spread the baguette slices with the spread, spread the tomato pieces on top, briefly add a little salt and sprinkle with the cheese.
  6. Spread the whole thing on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 220 ° for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  7. It tastes really delicious hot and cold, goes quickly and is great for a party as finger food.
