Instructions

  1. Finely sift the powdered sugar and flour and mix with baking powder, Bailey`s, oil and egg yolk to form a smooth dough. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  2. Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
  3. Cover with chocolate icing.
