Ingredients
- 250 g powdered suar
- 250 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 0.25 liter ¼ Baileys Irish Cream
- 100 ml oil
- 5 egg (s), separated
- Cake icing (chocolate)

- Finely sift the powdered sugar and flour and mix with baking powder, Bailey`s, oil and egg yolk to form a smooth dough. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
- Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
- Cover with chocolate icing.
