Put the five eggs together with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy on the highest setting. Gradually add the room-warm Baileys (optionally also the same amount of egg liqueur). Then slowly add the oil. Using a tablespoon, keep adding the mixture of baking powder and flour. Finally add the cocoa powder and stir the mixture well for another 2-3 minutes. Put in a pre-greased loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 80 minutes (but do not turn up the temperature, otherwise the cake will be spongy).
Then take them out of the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar while they are hot.
Tip: People who like to eat nuts can also replace 150 g of flour with ground walnuts or almonds.
