Put the sugar with the grain in the mixing bowl and stir for 5 minutes at level 2.5 so that the sugar dissolves. Add the cream, the scraped out vanilla pulp and the Nescafé and stir well for 1 minute on speed 3. Then add the whole vanilla pod and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the pod and bottle the liqueur.
Makes about 2 bottles and can also be made with reduced-fat cream.
