- Thicken the sour cherries with the pudding powder (or cornstarch) and allow to cool.
- Whip the whipped cream until stiff and then mix it with the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar and Baileys.
- Layer the cream alternately with the amarettini and the sour cherries in 6 glasses.
- Can pull through, but doesn`t have to. I prefer it when the amarettini are still crunchy.
