Instructions

1. Mix the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the Baileys and oil. Then mix the flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in. Finally, add the almonds.
2. Spread two thirds of the dough on a baking sheet (40) sprinkled with almonds. Mix the last third with cocoa and spread on the light dough with a tablespoon or a piping bag.
