Let the ice thaw a little, cut the bottom twice (the one you bought is already divided into three parts). Fill the first layer with the vanilla ice cream, place the second base on it, spread the chocolate ice cream and put on the last base. Freeze very hard overnight.
Let the grill get very hot. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and spread them in waves on the ice cream cake. Briefly bake under the grill until the egg whites are lightly browned, serve immediately.
