Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, cut out the core and sugar inside. Butter a baking dish on the bottom and put the apples in. Put a few flakes of butter and raisins in the holes in the core. Add some cinnamon.
  2. Mix the egg with about 50 g sugar until frothy. Add the pulp of the vanilla pods and then stir into the mascarpone.
  3. Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, a little cinnamon and grated block chocolate. Add the remaining butter in pieces and knead by hand until you have nice crumble. If the crumble is still too moist, add a little more flour.
