- 4 apples, sour (Boskoop)
- 500 g mascarpone
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 grams sugar
- 75 g flour
- 100 g butter
- some block chocolate
- raisins
- Cinnamon powder

- Wash the apples, cut out the core and sugar inside. Butter a baking dish on the bottom and put the apples in. Put a few flakes of butter and raisins in the holes in the core. Add some cinnamon.
- Mix the egg with about 50 g sugar until frothy. Add the pulp of the vanilla pods and then stir into the mascarpone.
- Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, a little cinnamon and grated block chocolate. Add the remaining butter in pieces and knead by hand until you have nice crumble. If the crumble is still too moist, add a little more flour.
- Now spread the crumbles on the free bottom of the baking dish. Then pour the mascarpone cream into the apples and the baking dish. Spread the remaining crumble and a few raisins on the apples. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
