Instructions

  1. Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Mix with raisins, almond sticks and cinnamon and cover in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds or until the apples are soft-boiled but not yet disintegrated.
  2. Divide the apples into four bowls, pour 150 g of yoghurt over each and drizzle with a teaspoon of honey as desired.
  3. Enjoy warm or cold.
  4. With a few spoonfuls of oat flakes you can also conjure up a super healthy baked apple muesli for breakfast.
