Ingredients
- 3 small apples, red
- raisins
- sticks almond
- 2 teaspoons, leveled cinnamon
- 600 g natural yourt, 1.5% or 3.5%
- Honey for sweetening and drizzling

- Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Mix with raisins, almond sticks and cinnamon and cover in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds or until the apples are soft-boiled but not yet disintegrated.
- Divide the apples into four bowls, pour 150 g of yoghurt over each and drizzle with a teaspoon of honey as desired.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
- With a few spoonfuls of oat flakes you can also conjure up a super healthy baked apple muesli for breakfast.
