Yogurt Cake (No Baking)

The yogurt cake is fast. You can decorate with what is at hand … Nuts, fruits, marmalade.
Ingredients
- Yogurt – 350 g
- Powdered sugar – to taste
- Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream – 250 g
- Any cottage cheese – 250 g
(rub through a sieve or blender) - Gelatin – 2 tbsp
(soak in 100 g of milk) - Sweet glazed curd bars – 4 pcs.
- Any cookies
Directions
- Stir sour cream, zest, icing sugar and cottage cheese into yogurt.
- Add gelatin heated to dissolve.
- Mix well.
Line the form with cling film. - Cover the sides with butter biscuits dipped on one side in cooled coffee or any syrup.
- Pour half of the mass and add sweet curds.
- Pour the remaining mass onto them again.
- In order for the curds to stay in the middle, they need to be kept in the cold, and the remaining yogurt mass – over a weak water bath, otherwise it will gel.
- Decorate as desired.
- Chill the yoghurt cake until solid.
