Ingredients

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 225 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 400 g yourt, e.., stracciatella or vanilla
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • possibly powdered sugar
  • possibly cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth dough. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour in the dough and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
  2. Then let it cool down and remove it from the mold, optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour chocolate icing over it.
