  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g suar
  • 350 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, ground almonds, cornstarch or pudding powder (vanilla for a light base / chocolate for a dark base), a pinch of salt, baking powder and sugar. Add the milk and oil to the mixture and work everything evenly into a smooth, supple dough. Put the batter in a greased springform pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  3. Tips: This dough is also suitable for bottomless baking. It can also be refined as desired - e.g. apple cake, cherry cake, plum cake, etc. In addition, this base can also be used in place of a biscuit base.
