- 300 g suar
- 300 grams flour
- Chocolate sprinkles, alternatively cherries, chocolate icing etc.

- Beat the butter until foamy and gradually add 2/3 of the sugar. Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the foamy butter and sugar. Stir the flour into the egg yolk mixture. Beat the egg white with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the dough. Now possibly add the chocolate sprinkles or the cherries or other fruit as you like. Bake at 200 ° C for about 60 minutes, then allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing. The cake tastes delicious even without chocolate sprinkles etc.
