Ingredients

2 small apples
2 small carrots
2 tablespoon almond flakes
4 tablespoon yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)

Instructions

Put the flaked almonds in a pan without fat and toast them. In the meantime, peel and grate the carrots and apples.
Mix together the flaked almonds, yogurt, carrots and apples.
