- 4 medium carrot (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral (e.g. sunflower oil)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- salt
- 750 g yohurt, preferably 3.5%

- Grate the carrots and fry them briefly in oil with a pinch of sugar, then leave to cool completely.
- Add the yoghurt, stir well and season with salt and, if you like, garlic.
