Ingredients
- 150 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 6 walnuts, whole kernels, for decoration
- 500 g natural yourt (at least 3.5% fat)
- 3 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- salt
- 1 lime (s) to serve

- Lightly salt the yoghurt, put a damp cheesecloth or kitchen towel in a sieve. Pour in the yogurt, drain for about 2 hours. Then squeeze out the residual moisture using the cloth.
- Mix the chopped walnuts with the yogurt and garlic and season with salt. Arrange in bowls, decorate with wedges of lime and walnuts.
