Ingredients

  • 250 ml natural yoghurt (can also be low in fat)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives, fresh, chopped
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and let steep for 20 minutes.
  2. Tastes very good as a dip with crackers, potato wedges, French fries or as a salad dressing.
