Ingredients- 100 g natural yourt
- 100 g sour cream
- 50 g sheep cheese
- 2 teaspoons parsley (frozen)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- chili

- Mash the sheep`s cheese, finely chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
- We like it very well with minced meat rolls or other meat dishes.
