Ingredients
- 2 cups natural yoghurt (150 g each)
- 2 tablespoon parsley, dried or 1 bunch fresh
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ajvar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt and finally season with salt and pepper.
- Great for dipping bread, raw vegetables, potatoes and for grilling. And of course with everything else you would like to eat and dip.
