cups natural yoghurt (150 g each)

tablespoon parsley, dried or 1 bunch fresh

spring onion (s)

teaspoon ground cumin
1
teaspoon ajvar
2
cloves garlic
2
dashes lemon juice
salt and pepper

Instructions
Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt and finally season with salt and pepper.
Great for dipping bread, raw vegetables, potatoes and for grilling. And of course with everything else you would like to eat and dip.
