Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ glass ajvar, hot
  • 2 teaspoons herbal salt, Italian
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ basil, dried or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce (grill sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet

  1. Simply stir all the ingredients well and refrigerate until you are ready to eat them.
  2. Tastes great with vegetable sticks, breadsticks, pretzel sticks, baguettes, etc.
