Ingredients
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion (s)
- 500 g yourt
- 1 clove garlic

- Peel and grate the carrots and onions. Heat the oil in a pan and add the grater. Fry until the carrots are lighter in color and have a sweeter taste (takes about 30 minutes).
- In the meantime, salt the yoghurt and add the clove of garlic. When the carrots are done, fold in the yogurt.
- The whole thing can then be served lukewarm or cold.
