Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots and onions. Heat the oil in a pan and add the grater. Fry until the carrots are lighter in color and have a sweeter taste (takes about 30 minutes).
  2. In the meantime, salt the yoghurt and add the clove of garlic. When the carrots are done, fold in the yogurt.
  3. The whole thing can then be served lukewarm or cold.
