- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ Thai curry paste, more if you like
- Paprika powder

- First peel the parsnip and carrot and cut into french-sized sticks. Mix well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl so that the marinade is well distributed over the vegetables. Now distribute the vegetable sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
- When the fries are ready, season with salt in a bowl and serve.
