- 250 g natural yourt
- 100 g quark
- 1 dash cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 garlic clove (s), finely chopped, goes well without it
- 10 medium potato (s)
- Salt, coarse
- Caraway seeds can also be left out

- Mix the yogurt, quark and cream together. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic and let it steep until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Wash the potatoes clean and cut in half and place on a baking sheet. Brush the cut surface with oil and sprinkle with coarse salt and, depending on your taste, with caraway seeds. (If guests come, I would do half with, half without.)
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.
- The potatoes with the sauce are best served with grilled dishes or steaks. When grilling, you eat yourself almost full before the meat with the potatoes. You eat the bowl with it.
