- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 bunches chives

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place on a sheet of aluminum foil and brush all around with oil. For each potato there is a pinch of poppy seeds and a pinch of sesame seeds. Then wrap the potatoes in the foil. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (hot air) and bake the parcels for 1.5-2 hours, depending on the size.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream, sour cream and the chopped chives into a sauce and season with salt. Serve the potatoes with the sauce.
