Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and Onions

Cooking such a baked potato is as easy as shelling pears and the result is excellent as usual.
Ingredients
- Small young potatoes (peeled) – 36 pcs.
- Sour cream – 250 g
- Chives (chopped) – 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are soft (check the readiness by piercing the tuber with a wooden stick).
- Make a cruciform incision at the top of each tuber and slightly move the resulting quarters to the sides, forming a small depression in the center.
- Put sour cream in the center of each potato, sprinkle with salt, and chopped onions on top.
- Serve potatoes immediately.
