Remove the core from the unpeeled apples. Mix the currant jelly with the raisins and the almond sticks and pour into the apples. Pour the wine into a buttered casserole dish, place the apples in it and fry them in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Take out and put 1 teaspoon butter on each apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve hot.
