Roughly chop the nuts, halve the raisins, grate the orange peel. Mix everything together with 2/3 of the butter, marzipan, honey, ginger powder and cinnamon. Wash the apples, cut off a lid and cut out the core. Pour the mixture generously into the apples. Put the lid on top and distribute the remaining butter on the apples. Put apples in a tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
